FORGE Course Instructor
NE Solutions is currently seeking Instructors and Content Developers, to deliver courses as part of the new Future Operator Readiness, Growth, and Enrichment (FORGE) training pipeline. FORGE Instructors will be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary Team delivering highly sophisticated, technical, hands-on training solutions to meet the mission and time-critical needs of our customers.
FORGE Instructors act both as CNE experts, through lecture and lab work, as well as coaches for students – working not only to impart the expertise require to meet certification standard for their career path, but also how to be successful in mission when it counts.

The instructors work with the students to prepare them to meet the mission-critical needs of our customers
The instructors monitor student performance on practical exercises and provide feedback to students
Virtualization technology is employed heavily to simulate real-world scenarios that create an immersive cyber-environment for students
The instructors work with a Team of multi-disciplinary professionals to make recommendations for updates to course content, training materials, and documentation.
Research, document, and test security solutions for emerging technologies, security methodologies, and CNE concepts.
Requirments:
TS/SCI w/Poly Required
Level 2 – Computer Science oriented Bachelor’s degree and minimum five (5) years of experience in the development, testing, deployment, operations, training, or maintenance of electrical/electronic/software systems. An additional three (3) years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree for a total of eight (8) years of experience.
Level 1 – Computer Science oriented Bachelor’s degree and minimum two (2) years of experience in the development, testing, deployment, operations, training, or maintenance of electrical/electronic/software systems. An additional three (3) years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree for a total of five (5) years of experience.
Experience engineering design, development, deployment, operations, training or maintenance related to Windows and Unix variants
Administration knowledge of setting up and maintaining common Windows and/or Unix variant servers
Demonstrate knowledge of creating and configuring virtual hosts and networks using VMware in support of developing and/or instructing realistic scenarios
Demonstrate knowledge of commonly used software-programming languages (to include, but not limited to: Python, Ruby, and/or shell scripting).
Experience creating and/or using training materials utilizing tools such as MOODLE, Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate, or other course and learning management systems (LMS)

The FORGE Instructor positions requires fully cleared individuals with an extensive range of experience, including the following:
Experience in system design to include those designs pertaining to general networking systems
Experience in developing, testing, deploying, operating, training, or maintaining of electronic/software systems pertaining to cyberspace operations
Experience with engineering the design, development, deployment, operation, training, or maintenance related to Windows and/or Unix variants
Working knowledge with most commonly used software-programming languages (to include, but not limited to: Python, PERL, or shell scripting)
Working knowledge of creating and configuring virtual hosts and networks using VMware to model realistic network scenarios
Experience creating and/or using training materials utilizing tools such as MOODLE, Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate, or other course and learning management systems (LMS)
Effective communication, writing, documentation, and requirements gatherings skills are needed to be effective in this role for working with other members of the Team and with the Customer to meet the requirements of the program
Experience as a trainer or course developer for cyber courses
